These Dragées are roasted Avola Almonds, covered with a layer of High quality of Cocoa Milk Chocolate and finished icing sugar.
Produced exclusively from three cultivars in the Avola area of Sicily, this almond is the favorite of Haute patisserie: its flattened, oval shape and its organoleptic qualities allow sugar and chocolate to mold perfectly over it, without the addition of other ingredients.
The result is a confetto that maintains the delicacy and sweetness typical of this almond variety.
